Scholarship Requirements

All   college   scholarship   applicants   should   have   participated   in   a Junior   Achievement   program.      Applications   require   a   completed form with a high school transcript and a recommendation. Applications   for   the   Buzz   Knoles   Ross   County   Junior   Achievement Scholarship   are   obtained   in   February   of   each   year   and   submitted to   Junior   Achievement,   P.O.   Box   359,   Chillicothe,   Ohio   45601,   by March 10.
